Change Membership Status
Change a membership status when a member’s enrolment changes.
Understand membership statuses
Section titled “Understand membership statuses”Membership statuses are defined by your school. Each status is marked as either active or inactive.
This means you can create status names that fit your process, such as:
- Active
- On Hold
- Trial
- Withdrawn
Change a membership status
Section titled “Change a membership status”- Open the member from the Members list.
- Click Memberships.
- Open the membership you want to update.
- Click Edit.
- Choose the new Status.
- Review any other membership fields.
- Click Save.
When to change status
Section titled “When to change status”Change status when you need to reflect a real enrolment change, such as:
- a student becoming active
- a student going on hold
- a student returning after a break
- a student leaving the program
