Contacts
Contacts let you link another person to a member’s profile.
This is useful for junior members where a parent or guardian needs to be on file, for emergency contacts, and for anyone who should receive messages on the member’s behalf.
What a contact stores

Relationship options

Managers
Section titled “Managers”A contact with Can Manage turned on is called a manager. Managers are displayed in a separate Managers card on the member’s profile page, distinct from the general Contacts list.
Managers can act on the member’s behalf. Their payment methods become available to use when creating the member’s subscriptions. For example, a parent manager can have their card on file to pay for their child’s membership.
Two ways to add a contact
Section titled “Two ways to add a contact”- Create a new person — for someone not already in Kanri. You enter their name and contact details directly.
- Link an existing member — for someone who already has a member record. You select them by name and set the relationship.
