Share Your Lead Page
Once your Lead Page is enabled, you need to share the URL so prospective members can find it. Kanri gives you a direct link from the settings page, and you can optionally set up a custom vanity URL to make the link easier to share.
Finding your Lead Page URL
Section titled “Finding your Lead Page URL”- Go to Settings → Leads.
- Make sure Enable Lead Page is turned on.
- Click the View Lead Page button. This opens your Lead Page in a new tab and shows you the URL.
The URL looks like:
https://app.kanrimemberships.com/lead/{your-school-id}Copy this URL to share it.
Where to share your Lead Page
Section titled “Where to share your Lead Page”Your school website: Add a “Sign Up” or “Book a Trial” button that links to your Lead Page. This is the most effective placement.
Social media bio: Paste the link in the bio section of your Instagram, Facebook, or other profile. Many schools use a link-in-bio tool (like Linktree) to combine multiple links — add your Lead Page there.
Google Business Profile: Add it as your “booking” or “appointment” URL so prospective members can sign up directly from Google search results.
Email signature: Include the link in your staff email signatures so it appears every time you send an email.
In-person QR code: Generate a QR code from any free QR code generator (search “QR code generator” online), paste in your Lead Page URL, and print the code on posters, flyers, or your front desk. Prospective members can scan it with their phone to open the form immediately.
