Lead Page

The Lead Page is a public URL for your school. Anyone can visit it without logging in to Kanri. Prospective members use it to submit their contact details, optionally pick a trial class, and optionally sign a waiver before their first visit.

When someone completes the form, Kanri automatically creates a member profile for them with the type set to Lead.

The Lead Page walks prospective members through a multi-step form. The exact steps depend on your settings, but the flow is:

  1. Welcome — a brief introduction with your school’s name and your custom welcome message. The visitor selects who they are registering for: themselves (adult), themselves (under 18), or their child.
  2. Personal details — name, email, and phone number. For a child, the parent’s details are collected first, then the child’s name, birthday, and sex.
  3. Program selection — if your school has multiple programs marked as visible on the lead page, the visitor picks which one(s) they are interested in. If only one program is available, this step is skipped.
  4. Trial booking — if you have trial bookings enabled, the visitor picks a class session. Only sessions from programs marked as visible on the lead page are shown, and only sessions that have trial bookings available. If no eligible sessions exist, this step is skipped automatically.
  5. Waiver — if waivers are enabled, the visitor signs your waiver before their first class.
  6. Additional details — a free-text field where the visitor can share anything helpful: health conditions, previous experience, questions.
  7. Confirmation — a summary of what was submitted and what happens next.
