Enable the Lead Page

The Lead Page is off by default. Before prospective members can use it, you need to turn it on.

You’ll need the Manage Settings permission to change Lead Page settings. If you don’t see the Settings menu, ask your school owner to grant you access.

  1. Go to Settings in the main navigation.
  2. Click the Leads tab.
  3. Toggle Enable Lead Page to on.
  4. Click Save.

Once enabled, your Lead Page is live immediately. Anyone with the link can visit it and submit the form.

The Lead Page Welcome Text is a short message that prospective members see at the top of the form. Use it to introduce your school, set expectations, or tell them what to expect next.

To set or update the welcome message:

  1. Go to Settings → Leads.
  2. Type your message in the Lead Page Welcome Text box.
  3. Click Save.

If you leave this blank, the form still works — it just shows your school name without any additional introduction.

To turn off the Lead Page, toggle Enable Lead Page off and click Save. When disabled, visiting the Lead Page URL shows a message that the page is not currently available. Existing lead profiles in Kanri are not affected.
