Automatic Lead Sync from Aquila
If your school previously used Aquila and migrated to Kanri, you can turn on Aquila Lead Sync to automatically pull newly-registered leads from Aquila into Kanri every few minutes — no need to rely on Zapier forwarding them.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”You’ll need the Manage Settings permission to change these settings. You’ll also need your Aquila Location ID and API Key — the same credentials used during your original migration from Aquila.
Turning on Aquila Lead Sync
Section titled “Turning on Aquila Lead Sync”- Go to Settings in the main navigation.
- Click the Leads tab.
- Scroll to the Aquila Lead Sync section.
- Enter your Aquila Location ID and API Key.
- Toggle Enable Aquila Lead Sync to on.
- Click Save.
Once enabled, Kanri checks Aquila every few minutes for newly registered leads and creates a matching Lead profile in Kanri automatically, with status New.
What counts as “new”
Section titled “What counts as “new””Only leads registered in Aquila after you turned sync on are brought into Kanri. Leads that were already in Aquila (or already in Kanri) when you enabled sync are never imported — this avoids creating duplicate profiles for people you already know about.
Updating your credentials
Section titled “Updating your credentials”To change your Location ID or API Key, go to Settings → Leads → Aquila Lead Sync, update the fields, and click Save. Leaving the API Key field blank keeps your currently saved key.
Disabling Aquila Lead Sync
Section titled “Disabling Aquila Lead Sync”Toggle Enable Aquila Lead Sync off and click Save. Existing lead profiles already created in Kanri are not affected.
