A Schedule or Session Isn't Showing
What this page will cover
Section titled “What this page will cover”- Check 1: Is the schedule activated? (Deactivated schedules don’t generate sessions)
- Check 2: Has the schedule been synced? (If you recently changed the template, you need to sync for future sessions to update)
- Check 3: Is the session in the past? Past sessions may be in a different view or collapsed
- Check 4: Is the session date within the booking window? (If outside the window, members won’t see it)
- Check 5: Is the class associated with a program the member is enrolled in?
