A Schedule or Session Isn't Showing

  • Check 1: Is the schedule activated? (Deactivated schedules don’t generate sessions)
  • Check 2: Has the schedule been synced? (If you recently changed the template, you need to sync for future sessions to update)
  • Check 3: Is the session in the past? Past sessions may be in a different view or collapsed
  • Check 4: Is the session date within the booking window? (If outside the window, members won’t see it)
  • Check 5: Is the class associated with a program the member is enrolled in?
  • What to do after changing a schedule: always sync to ensure future sessions match
