A Member Is Missing from Search or Reports

  • Check 1: Are you looking in the right place? Members who are archived won’t appear in the default members list — look for an “Include archived” filter
  • Check 2: Check your active filters (program, status, search term) — a filter may be hiding the member
  • Check 3: Was the member merged into another record? Check for a duplicate
  • Check 4: Is the member appearing in reports? Reports often filter by membership status — inactive memberships may be excluded
  • Check 5: Was the member accidentally deleted? (This is rare and may require support)
