Why Can't a Member Check In?

  • Check 1: Does the member have an active membership? (Members without an active membership can’t sign in to a class)
  • Check 2: Is the “Block expired subscriptions” kiosk behavior enabled? If so, do they have an active subscription?
  • Check 3: Is program access gating enabled? Does their subscription grant access to the program they’re trying to sign in for?
  • Check 4: Is the schedule showing correctly on the kiosk? (Might be deactivated, or outside the booking window)
  • Check 5: Is the kiosk connected to the internet?
  • How to allow a member in manually (take their attendance as staff instead)
