Can't Invite a Staff Member

  • Check 1: Do you have the correct permission to invite staff? (Requires Owner or Admin role, or a custom role with “Manage roles” permission)
  • Check 2: Is the email address correct? Double-check for typos
  • Check 3: Has the invite already been sent? Check the pending invites list
  • Check 4: Is the invite email in the recipient’s spam folder?
  • Check 5: Has the invite expired? Invites may expire after a certain period — resend if needed
  • Check 6: Is the person already in your school under a different email address?
