General Behaviors

  • Auto-link user accounts to members: when a staff/member account’s email matches a member profile, automatically link them (recommended on for most schools)
  • What “linking” means: the member can log in to the Member Portal and see their own profile
  • When to turn this off (e.g. if you have staff accounts that also appear as member profiles for a different reason)
