- What the Member Portal is: a restricted view of Kanri that members can log into to see their own information
- What members can see: their profile, membership status, upcoming bookings, payment history, gallery (school-wide and their own)
- What members cannot do: change billing, edit most of their details, see other members, access any admin features
- How member access is linked to their member profile (via email address matching, controlled by the Auto-link behavior)
- How to invite a member to log in (they need an invitation or to sign up via the Lead Page)
