- What gets logged: member changes, subscription changes, billing events, settings changes, staff logins, and more
- Who can see the log: school owners and admins only
- Two levels of log: school-level (all actions) and member-level (actions on a specific member)
- Why the log exists: accountability, troubleshooting, compliance
- The log cannot be edited or deleted — it is permanent
