Kiosk

  • What the kiosk is: a web-based self-check-in screen typically running on a tablet at reception or the training room entrance
  • How check-in works: member finds their name or enters their member number, selects the class, checks in
  • The live attendance feed: staff can see who is currently checked in
  • Level promotion display: a congratulations screen can appear on promotion (configurable)
  • How kiosk attendance feeds into the attendance history and program level progress
  • Kiosk vs taking attendance as a staff member (both record the same way)
